Regulace

Jedná se o důležitou technikálii, tedy změnu  nastavení způsobu určování kapacity sítí. Rádi bychom, kdyby zaznělo úskalí přechodu z UDP protokolu na síťovou vrstvu. Znamenalo by to, že se zvýší požadavky na vykazované přípojky tak, že nebudeme moci vykazovat rychlosti technologií, ale rychlosti služeb. To je disaster, protože takové parametry by musel sektor složitě dovodit i složitě měřit.

Dear colleagues,

I am addressing you with a letter regarding the change in the technical definition of the determination of connection capacity according to the revision of the document "Guidelines on Very High Capacity Networks (VHCN)" published in October 2023 (document BoR (23) 164). This Guidance was the first revision of the original 'Guidance on Very High Capacity Networks (VHCN)' document published in October 2020 (BoR document (20) 165).

 In the body of the letter, our IT and Telecommunications Section at the Czech Chamber of Commerce pointed out the marked difficulties that the contemplated changes could bring.
